Before entering real estate, I spent more than 19 years in customer service, beginning in the restaurant and nightclub industry as a busboy at age 16 and eventually working my way into general management.
That experience taught me how to listen, communicate, solve problems, negotiate, and take care of people.
Today, I use those same principles to help buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors navigate real estate with confidence.
